How much attention do you give to details?
Some feel details are not important and they may be right some of the time. Most of the time it’s the little details that make the difference.
Listening attentively to details being shared and remembering them for later will set you ahead of the pack. It’s the challenge of remembering every detail when you bump into someone. Watch their face light up when you mention something from the past and share the moment with them.
Teamwork requires attention to details for everyone to be on the same page. Communicating these little details make great Teams! Our Events Committee is working closely together on many details in planning our Open House on June 18th. Minutes, action items and open discussion with the committee is going very well.
