UltraFan Technology Powered by Sustainable Fuel Underwent First Tests

ONTARIO LAUNCHES ELECTRIC GO BUS SERVICE

THE PROVINCE IS EXPANDING PUBLIC TRANSIT INTO THE WORLD OF EV AND ZERO-EMISSION

The Government of Ontario has announced plans to launch an electric vehicle (EV) GO Bus service. The initiative, set to be introduced as a pilot project in select routes within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), aims to provide commuters with a greener alternative for their daily travels while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Ontario plans to replace conventional diesel-powered buses with a fleet of electric buses equipped with advanced charging infrastructure to ensure reliable service for passengers. This pilot project will pave the way for wider adoption of electric buses in the future.

Ontario’s initiative aligns with its efforts to foster a sustainable transportation ecosystem and promote innovation in the public transit sector. By embracing clean energy solutions and promoting the adoption of electric vehicles, Ontario reinforces its commitment to reducing carbon emissions, improving air quality, and moving towards a low-carbon future.
